How to Register for TheSandbox Game

1. How to Create an Account

Choose Your Preferred Language
The standard language for the website is in English, but users can opt choose among Korean, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Traditional Chinese, or Turkish

Connect Wallet

We highly recommend to bind any of the following web3.0 wallet addresses supported by The Sandbox (Metamask highly recommended).

For those who do not know how to bind their Metamask, kindly refer to the section “Bind your wallet address”:

Double check the wallet address you want to connect, then press next page

Confirm Connection

Authorize binding by signing the wallet address

You will get a prompt from MetaMask asking you to sign / connect. This will allow you to log into The Sandbox. But before doing so, please read the precaution down below:

Warning!
This is a very important step! Make sure to double check the web url is correct before signing. There is a high risk of your assets to be stolen if you sign from an unknown source.

After double checking, click the “Sign / Connect” button on this prompt.

Bind Email Address Along with Metamask

You will be asked to enter an email address and username. Fill this up and click “Create Account”. Congratulations! You have successfully created an account.

Your Metamask will allow you to interact with The Sandbox Marketplace, which will then give you access to make purchases and store your crypto tokens like $SAND and LAND.

2. Creating an Avatar

How to Create
Click “PLAY” on the upper left tab. It will direct you to the menu similar to the photo below, click “ Change your Avatar”.

Customize your Avatar

Take your profile pic to the next level! Each player can choose from the pre-designed avatars made by the best artist from The Sandbox Game.

But if you want to win an Alpha Pass, then you gotta be the best and customize everything from hairstyle to shoes. The mechanics are simple, your character must contain some pink and blue element similar to Lootex’s logo. Please refer to this article for more details:

3. Installing the Game

The game is available for both Windows and macOS and has the same procedure when downloading the game. Follow the steps to install the desktop application. After downloading, you can now access the game through the app and login using email and password.
